Return Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at carartistryinfo@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

The fastest way is to return your item, then place a new order for the replacement once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
