14-day returns
You can return standard (non-customized) products within 14 days of receiving them — no questions asked. If you are not happy with your order, contact us at carartistryinfo@gmail.com with your order number and we will guide you through the return.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a third party named by you) received the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email to carartistryinfo@gmail.com) before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Exception: customized products
Products made to your personal specification — such as custom posters, custom mousepads and custom keychains created from your car details or photos — are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU) once production has started. To protect you, we always send a design preview for your approval before we produce a custom item. If a custom product arrives damaged or differs from the approved preview, we will of course replace it or refund you.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return shipment).
- The refund includes standard shipping costs you paid, if any.
- Items should be returned unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us — orders with Shipping Protection are replaced immediately free of charge; in all other cases we will find a solution together based on your statutory rights.
