Shipping Policy

Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders of €59 or more.
- Orders under €59 ship for a flat rate of €4.90.
- All prices include VAT where applicable.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all countries of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g. UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand), import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery time
- Orders are handed to our shipping partner as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days for standard products. Individual shipments can occasionally take longer, especially during peak periods.
- Custom products (custom posters, mousepads, keychains) first go through our design process: we create your design and you approve a preview before production starts. Delivery time counts from your approval.
Order tracking
You will receive shipping updates by email. If you have any question about the status of your order, contact us at carartistryinfo@gmail.com — we usually answer within a few hours during business hours.
Shipping Protection
At checkout you can add Shipping Protection (€2.99) to your order. If a protected order is lost or arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge — no questions asked. Without Shipping Protection we will still help you under your statutory rights, but claims may require processing time with the carrier.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.
