Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in the Car Artistry online store, operated by Lolip Ltd., Kalina Malina 24, 1111 Sofia, Bulgaria("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Contract

The presentation of products in our store is an invitation to order. By clicking "Pay now" you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or ship the goods, whichever comes first.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout (free from €59, otherwise €4.90 — see our Shipping Policy).
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, EPS, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay — availability may vary by country). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Custom products

• For customized products (custom posters, mousepads, keychains) we create a design based on the details and photos you provide and send you a preview for approval before production.
• You confirm that you own or are permitted to use any photos you upload, and that they contain no unlawful content.
• Customized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once production has started — see our Return Policy.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and regions are described in the Shipping Policy. Stated delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

6. Returns and withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for standard products and we honour a 14-day no-questions return promise — details, exceptions for custom products and the model withdrawal form are in the Return Policy.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Statutory consumer warranty rights remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual property

All designs are created by Car Artistry. Our products are fan art and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer — see the trademark disclaimer in our Legal Notice.

9. Final provisions

Bulgarian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
